Agorà reaches the podium at the FAO Data for Farm Value Challenge

On October 16, 2025, VAIMEE took part in the FAO Science and Innovation Forum at the United Nations, during the launch session of the Data for Farm Value Challenge, a joint initiative by FAO and the University of Helsinki – Viikki Food Design Factory.
The challenge supports startups that use farm-level data in innovative and responsible ways, promoting fair business models that unlock value for farmers and advance sustainable digital agriculture.

During the event, VAIMEE presented Agorà – The Agritech Oracle, its decision support platform for smart and sustainable irrigation management, and proudly reached the podium, ranking third among international startups.

Thanks to this achievement, VAIMEE will join the next stage of the Challenge in Helsinki, hosted by the University of Helsinki, to further collaborate and explore new opportunities in digital agriculture innovation.
